Postpartum Recovery™

Rebuild strength and feel like yourself again.

Postpartum Recovery™ is a 6 week series of evidence-based classes designed to help you safely rebuild strength, restore core and pelvic floor connection, and feel confident in your body after birth.

Through guided movement and education, you’ll gain the tools and support needed to heal properly and return to daily life and exercise with confidence.
