Prep4Birth™

Prep4Birth™ is a 3-hour, evidence-based childbirth preparation class, often offered as two 1.5-hour sessions. It focuses on using movement, positioning, and practical tools to help you feel more prepared for labor and birth.

  • This class is designed to help you better understand your body and how to support it during labor. You’ll learn how to use tools like birth balls, peanut balls, and CUBs to encourage optimal positioning, ease discomfort, and support a more efficient labor experience. It also helps build both physical strength and mental readiness for birth.

  • You’ll be guided through gentle, purposeful exercises designed to strengthen your legs, core, and pelvic muscles. Many of these movements also help you practice staying relaxed and grounded during intensity—mirroring the experience of contractions in a supportive way.

  • Please bring a yoga mat and a birth ball if you have one. A scarf can also be helpful for certain comfort techniques. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and bring water and snacks.

  • Not at all. This class is designed for all fitness levels and is primarily educational. The movement portion is supportive and accessible, not high-intensity.

  • Prep4Birth™ is appropriate for any trimester, but taking it earlier in pregnancy allows more time to practice the movements and build both physical and mental preparation for birth.

Postpartum Recovery™

Postpartum Recovery® is a 6-week, evidence-based class designed to support healing in the early postpartum period. It focuses on reconnecting with your core and pelvic floor, rebuilding strength, and understanding how to support your body during recovery.

  • You can typically begin around 10 days after a vaginal birth or 6 weeks after a cesarean birth, with clearance from your healthcare provider.

  • This class helps you rebuild strength safely while learning how your body heals after birth. It focuses on functional movement and core support so you feel stronger, more stable, and better able to care for both yourself and your baby.

  • Early weeks focus on gentle reconnection to your core and pelvic floor. Over time, you’ll build strength gradually while learning about common postpartum experiences such as diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction.

  • Please bring a yoga mat, water, snacks, and anything you need for your baby. Babies are always welcome.

  • This is not a high-intensity fitness class. It’s a gentle, progressive recovery program where education and connection are just as important as movement.

  • That’s completely okay. Babies are always welcome here, and their needs come first. You’re free to pause, feed, comfort, or step away at any time. This is a relaxed, supportive space where everyone understands this season—and there’s no expectation for things to be quiet or perfect.
